Tea Workshops

Harvest to Cup:
Learn the constituencies and contraindications of 10 herbs and mushrooms; and how to harvest, dry, blend and process them for herbal tea.
5-15 participants, $75 per person, 2 hour class.
Making Herbal Remedies:
We will make herbed honey, oxymel, vinegar extract, decoction, infusion, and syrup.
5-15 participants, $125 per person, 2 hour class.
Design your Tea Garden:
Participants will have the opportunity to develop a design for their herbal tea garden. During the class we will review planting, cultivation, harvesting and sustainable garden care.
5-15 participants, $100 per person, 2 hour class.
